Moderation and Enforcement
We employ a combination of automated detection tools, AI-powered moderation, and human review teams to monitor user-generated content and interactions. Suspicious or flagged content is reviewed promptly, with high-priority cases addressed within 1 hour.
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE, we take immediate action, including:
- Removing the offending content.
- Banning the responsible users.
- Preserving evidence for law enforcement.
- Filing mandatory reports as per legal obligations.
All moderation staff receive regular training on identifying and handling child safety issues.
In-App Reporting and Feedback Mechanism
To empower users to help maintain a safe community, QQ provides easy-to-use in-app tools for reporting concerns:
- Tap the "Report" button on any message, profile, or post to flag inappropriate content or behavior.
- Select from categories such as "Child Safety Concern," "Harassment," or "Inappropriate Content."
- Provide details and submit anonymously if desired.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours, with urgent child safety issues prioritized. Users can also access our full Community Guidelines and Safety Tips via the app's settings menu.
